Gîte à Tire, Larigot

Gîte located in the heart of Cousances-les-forges not far from a convenience store where you can find everything you need (pastries, groceries, household products...). Located 12 km from Saint-Dizier, you'll find shops and restaurants. You can also enjoy the Lac du Der, a 40-minute drive away, with its many activities (Accro Der, swimming, cycling, walking, sailing, jet skiing...). You can also visit Nancy (1 hour away), Troyes, Reims and Metz (less than 2 hours away).

Recent gîte, well appointed and bright, with a lovely private outdoor space. Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, shower room with toilet. On the second floor, a bright bedroom with a double bed (160x190) and storage space.
Important information: from February 27 to the end of April 2023, work will be carried out on the neighbor's property, and can be heard inside the dwelling, from Monday to Friday inclusive, during the day only.

This all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the entire stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.
A small dog may be accepted (except in the bedroom) upon request to the owner.
