Maison correcte.
Le seul souci c'est le voisinage. Entre le voisin du deuxième ou on entends toutes ses conversations téléphoniques et la fille du voisin qui passe sans cesse et qui regarde dans l'appartement donc obligé de fermer les volets pour avoir de la tranquillité.
