Jouy-sous-les-Côtes, a charming little village nestled at the foot of the Côtes de Meuse, enjoys a privileged Location between nature and heritage. It's just ten kilometers from Commercy, famous for its madeleines, and around 45 minutes from Verdun, a place of remembrance. This calm, green setting is ideal for recharging your batteries, far from the hustle and bustle of urban life, while remaining close to Lorraine's emblematic cultural, historical, sporting and gastronomic sites. The nearby Lake de la Madine is a natural setting for a multitude of outdoor activities. Whether you're a fan of leisurely strolls or a thrill-seeker, there's something for everyone. Hiking trails criss-cross the surrounding hills, offering magnificent panoramic views of the Côtes de Meuse. Cycle paths allow you to discover the region by bike, in complete safety (4 bikes available free of charge). The Lake itself invites you to take a dip in summer, with its beach facilities, as well as to go sailing, paddle-boarding, fishing or pedal-boating. For younger guests, there's a playground and a tree-climbing course.

Located in Jouy-sous-les-Côtes, in the heart of the Meuse region and close to Lake Madine, this charming Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 8 people in a peaceful, authentic setting. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, it has 4 comfortable bedrooms (3 double beds and 2 single beds), two shower rooms, two WCs, a gaming room and plenty of storage space for a practical and pleasant stay. An enclosed, covered relaxation area is also available for you to relax in after a day's activities (darts, pétanque, table tennis, 4 bicycles available). Carefully decorated in a style reminiscent of bygone days, the Holiday cottage offers a warm, typical atmosphere.
The accommodation is equipped with fiber optics.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the duration of your stay, end-of-stay cleaning set at 30 euros (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - you have 8 Kwh per day at your disposal (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts at the regulated EDF rate). Animals are welcome free of charge. Pets are welcome free of charge. Electric car: you can charge your car at the owner's home (300 meters from the Holiday cottage) on a 7KW charging station at a rate of 30 cents per KW.
