Welcome to this welcoming home in the peaceful village of Chardogne. Recently built, this comfortable accommodation is perfect for a relaxing stay. You'll discover carefully laid-out spaces for sharing convivial moments with family, couples, friends or even colleagues. The house features a modern, functional kitchen, a cosy living room where you can relax with board games and a TV. On sunny days, you can enjoy the terrace with its view over the fields. Our comfortable bedrooms are ideal for a restful night's sleep. Parking and Wi-Fi access are also available. In the same alleyway, you'll find "Au Feuilleté Gourmand", offering a wide range of sweet and savoury frozen products that you can bake in the oven. If necessary, your host will be able to provide you with all you need without having to go out of your way. Take advantage of the serenity of the village, crossed by the GR 14, to go for a walk or organize a picnic in the heart of nature. The village has several outdoor play areas for Kids and adults alike, including a city stadium, boule pitch and ping-pong table. In just a few minutes, you can reach Bar-le-Duc, a Renaissance city with many emblematic monuments such as the Château de Marbeaumont and its park, the Collège Gilles Trèves, the clock tower or the seigniorial wine press... Bungalow: welcoming entrance with storage unit, fully equipped kitchen with dining area (hob, oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, fondue set, raclette set). The bay window offers a panoramic view of the landscape. The comfortable living room has a TV.
There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds (90x190cm), the other with two single beds (90x200cm) that can be joined together to form a single king-size bed (180x200cm). A spacious bathroom (walk-in shower with stool, vanity unit) and a large, easily-accessible separate toilet complete the ensemble.
The terrace with direct access to the kitchen overlooks the rear of the house. It is equipped with a bio-climatic pergola, garden furniture and deckchairs to relax and enjoy the unique view over the surrounding Countryside.
