Situated in the village of Mauvages, this former farmhouse, recently renovated with a new extension on the upper floor, is ideally placed for discovering the historic sites of the south of the department (Ligny-en-Barrois, Saint-Mihiel...), but also just an hour's drive from the Lorraine Regional Nature Park, Lac de la Madine and Nancy. You'll enjoy a comfortable interior that combines authentic charm and modernity, and a newly landscaped exterior that's sure to welcome you in style.

Beautiful and spacious farmhouse consisting of:

First floor:

- A vast 50m² entrance hall and relaxation area, a shower room with walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a 25m² bedroom and a vast living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, lounge and dining room opening onto a terrace and large garden.

- On the first floor, a hallway leads to a large family bedroom, which opens onto the front of the gite and a recently renovated extension.
This comprises a corridor leading to two further large bedrooms, a bathroom with Italian shower and a wall-hung toilet.
Each of these bedrooms has new bedding and is equipped with high-speed internet connections. One of them is equipped with a 100-channel television.

These two large bedrooms have a dominant view over the large terrace and garden at the rear of the house. This lovely green space is fully fenced in, and its panoramic view over the surrounding countryside will be an asset for enjoying sunny days.
The large courtyard at the front of the house has been recently laid out with natural cobblestones.
