Formerly owned by the family of the famous painter Jules Bastien-LEPAGE, this building housed a convent until the 1970s. All that remains of this period is a cell used as a children's bedroom and a beautiful solid wood staircase. The communal gîte on the 1st floor is a spacious, bright and quiet apartment. Just outside the gîte, you'll find the old ramparts path, and the nearby footpaths will take you on a tour of Damvillers, to its ponds, or on the circuit in the footsteps of J. Bastien Lepage.

Mélanie Un week-end ressourçant
Nous avons passé un très bon moment au gîte du couvent. Confortable, lumineux et spacieux, notre grande fille a adoré sa petite chambre avec une parure de lit « pleine de couleurs » et « des p’tits dinosaures ! » (les crochets au mur en forme de demi-chien).
