Loft-style gîte for 2 people on the ground floor of the house, comprising a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area opening onto the living room with bedroom area, a shower room with hairdryer and separate toilet. Laundry room (washing machine and ironing facilities). Board games and books available. Outside, 2 terraces with garden furniture. Garden with deckchairs. Children's games, barbecue. All-inclusive rate with 20kwh/day free, beyond that 0.18€ per kwh.

This all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the entire stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day at your disposal (any excess to be paid on site to the hosts).
