Welcome In the heart of Avioth, a charming little house typical of northern Meuse, entirely renovated with care, where the charm of the old meets modern comfort. Located in the village of Avioth, just a stone's throw from Belgium, this Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and is the ideal place for a quiet interlude between nature, heritage and relaxation.

First floor: - spacious entrance hall - laundry room (washing machine) - separate toilet At the rear of the house, you'll find a lovely open-plan living space comprising a fully-equipped kitchen, a cosy living room and a dining room, all bathed in light thanks to a south-facing bay window.

Upstairs, the sleeping area offers two bright bedrooms: - A first bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) and a view of the Basilica; - A second bedroom with two single beds (80x200) or a double bed (160x200), depending on your needs. It also features an original mezzanine dedicated to relaxation, with an overhead projection area for convivial Cinema evenings. The modern bathroom completes this floor. Outside, a terrace has just been laid out, with a small garden, to take full advantage of the fine weather in complete tranquillity. A Public parking lot is located next door, near the old wash-house.

The citadel houses the Jules Bastien-Lepage Museum and the Fortification Museum - Orval (Belgium) - 12 minutes from Avioth This Cistercian abbey, founded in the 11th century by Benedictine monks, will win you over with its sober, elegant architecture. Orval is best known for its brewing of Trappist beer.
