You're just outside Nancy (20 minutes from the City center and Place Stanislas) in a quiet village with all amenities nearby: Restaurant 1 km away, Porte Verte shopping area 12 minutes away, Golf Grand Nancy Pulnoy 13 minutes away, Gare Lorraine TGV and Metz-Nancy-Lorraine Airport 30 minutes away. Metz and the Pompidou Center are 45 minutes away, the Sainte Croix animal park in Rhodes 53 minutes. The Amezule greenway is 500 meters away, offering 17 km of cycling and even more, as it links up with the Boucle de la Moselle and the voie Bleue. Tennis court next to the Holiday cottage, city stadium and playground in the village.

Detached Holiday cottage on a property in the heart of a quiet village near Nancy.
Independent access and private parking at the top of the plot, then access via a path through a small orchard.
Entrance hall, living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), laundry room, shower room, separate WC.
Private 25 m² terrace.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.

Oliver Sehr schönes, kleines Haus mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche.
Wir haben im Dezember 2025 zusammen mit Freunden eine sehr schöne Woche in dem ruhigen Haus verbracht. In der direkten Umgebung kann man schöne Wanderungen machen. Alle Läden für den täglichen Bedarf sind mit dem Auto in maximal 10 Minuten leicht erreichbar und auch in die Städte Nancy und Metz ist es nicht weit.

Ce gîte tout moderne, cosy et bien équipé est parfait pour chaque séjour - court ou long! Il y a une grande terrasse tranquille aussi et les propriétaires sont super gentils et accueillants.

Valérie Vicker Agréable logement, confortable et fonctionnel. Très bon accueil, Vincent est très à l'écoute.
Petite maison dans la campagne de la Meurthe-et-Moselle, très lumineuse, confortable et fonctionnelle. Logement de plain pied, mais attention pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, pour arriver au logement, un chemin parsemé de cailloux, des escaliers à l'extérieur et une grande marche à l'intérieur, à l'entrée, pour accéder à l'espace de vie. Pour atteindre la maison, il faut aussi laisser son véhicule à quelques mètres du logement, au début du chemin, ce qui peut être difficile pour certaines personnes.
En ce qui concerne l'espace de vie, un très bel équipement pour la cuisine, quelques tablettes pour le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge. Une belle terrasse avec table et chaises de jardin. Très bonne literie.
Des conseils d'amélioration ont été donnés au propriétaire qui en a pris note pour les prochains locataires, où, ils seront très bien, sans aucun doute !- Cleanliness
