It's open all year round, with seasonal entertainment (June to September), restaurant and supervised swimming. Fishing pond. Hiking trails in the vicinity of the house. Bakery in the village 5 minutes' walk. Supermarket 10 minutes away in Colombey les Belles. Toul and its Vineyard are 20 minutes away, Nancy 35 minutes and Metz 1 hour 20.

Holiday cottage on the first floor of a large, renovated family barn with completely independent access between the owners' house and a second holiday cottage, La Grange du Lake.
Entrance hall, living room with direct access to the private terrace, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one 160x200 bed and 2 90x200 beds), 2 shower rooms with WC inside and a sleeping area accessible from the living room (one 160x200 bed).
Private 40 m² roof terrace with 4-person Spa heated to 37 degrees, gas plancha and terrace furniture from April to October (weather permitting).
Private parking in front of the house.
Bikes can be stored in the barn.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.
Spa access is included in the price, but can be rented without spa (other ad H54G031303 Le Nichoir).

NO PARTIES PERMITTED. Pets allowed on condition that they are never left alone in the accommodation. Please rinse with clear water before using the Spa. Cleaning fee. Floor and sanitary facilities. Kitchen area must be clean on departure.
