Le Clos Sainte Geneviève

A showcase of comfort and elegance on the outskirts of Nancy On the verdant heights of Nancy, 5 km from Place Stanislas (a UNESCO World Heritage site), Le Clos Sainte Geneviève welcomes you to a setting combining modernity, comfort and respect for the environment. Designed over three levels, this warm and luminous cocoon offers a refined stay in the heart of a peaceful environment. Three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, Nordic whirlpool bath, pétanque court, underfloor heating and cooling, electric charging station... everything you need for a comfortable stay, summer or winter!

On the first floor, a neat entrance hall leads to a perfectly integrated and equipped kitchen, opening onto a bright living room with direct access to the rear of the property: perfect for prolonging balmy summer evenings on the terrace.

On the intermediate floor, two elegant bedrooms await you: the Cerisier and the Bouleau, each with its own private communicating shower room, equipped with walk-in showers. Comfort is also customizable: the 180x200 beds can be converted into two single beds to suit your needs.

On the top floor, the Gingko suite unfolds its charms under the roof. Thanks to the cabrio skylights, you can enjoy an unobstructed side view of the surrounding countryside. The en-suite bathroom is a true Wellbeing space, with large shower, bath and double washbasin.

Each level has its own independent Japanese toilet, and underfloor heating and cooling ensure the ideal temperature all year round, whether the snow is falling or the sun is shining.

The escape continues outside with several relaxation areas: a terrace with Nordic whirlpool bath, a solarium to soak up the Lorraine sun, and even a pétanque court to awaken your convivial spirit.

A private garage equipped with an electric recharging point is at your disposal. It can accommodate light vehicles, motorcycles or bicycles.
Street parking is also available, with a Public parking lot (recommended) just 100 meters away and accessible from the rear of the property.

You can also discover Nancy without worrying about parking. There's a direct bus drop-off just a stone's throw from the Holiday cottage (line 13 is a 5-minute walk away).

For nature-lovers and Hiking enthusiasts, there are several trails from the Holiday cottage leading to the Malzéville plateau (classified Natura 2000) and the Butte Sainte Geneviève (classified Espace Naturel Sensible).

The Holiday cottage is non-smoking inside and out.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.
For stays of more than 7 nights, weekly cleaning is included.

Electricity recharging point charged extra according to consumption (€0.45 per KwH).

The owner offers a range of services on request: pick-up of your groceries from a drive before your arrival, organization of private tours of Nancy, and much more to ensure a worry-free stay.
