At Chalet des Roches, you can stay in the heart of nature, surrounded by the forest and its animals. Pond, bunker, views, paths, large sandstone rocks secured by railings... A variety of areas are available for walks, wildlife observation and relaxation. You may be lucky enough to spot deer in the early hours of the morning. This unusual gîte sits on pink sandstone rocks overlooking the Val-et-Châtillon church. Club Vosgien hiking trails leave from the village and lead to the Donon massif, the Col de la Chapelotte or the Lac de Pierre-Percée... The Maison de la Forêt, Center Parc des 3 forêts and Aventure Parc de Pierre-Percée are just a few kilometers away.

Chalet dating from 1896, fully renovated, on a wooded plot of almost one hectare.
Access via a clearing where you can leave your car, closed by a gate.

Access to the chalet is via a 60-metre-long path (gradient approx. 20 metres), so please be well-shod.
Luggage is transported by the owner using a zip line.

The accommodation comprises a main chalet and an annex chalet.
On the first floor of the main chalet: living room with fully-equipped kitchen area, lounge and dining area, shower room / WC.
External access to the first floor with balcony, 1 bed 160x200, communicating WC with washbasin.
Second bedroom in adjoining chalet with 1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 90x190.
A covered outdoor area connects the 2 bedrooms in just a few meters.

Wifi access (fiber).
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.

Several areas have been set aside for you on the plot: garden furniture, 5 chairs and a barbecue next to the chalet, a 1st wooden picnic table under a lean-to and a second one further down with a breathtaking view of the Val-et-Châtillon church.

Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for tall people, as the ceiling height in the main room and 2nd bedroom is around 1.95 meters.
