A holiday cottage in a contemporary house just outside Buissoncourt, featuring the owner’s separate living quarters. Nancy and Lunéville are 18 km away (about half an hour). The Maison du Sel in Haraucourt is 4 km away, the Basilica of Saint Nicolas de Port is 9 km away, Place Stanislas is 20 minutes away, the Georges de la Tour Museum in Vic-sur-Seille is 28 minutes away, and the Parc de Sainte Croix de Rhodes is 55 minutes away.

The house is laid out as follows:

Ground floor

- A living room with an open kitchen, a 5-burner gas stove, a 180-liter refrigerator with a 70-liter freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a food processor, a blender, and a raclette set.
A table and 6 chairs for the dining area. A corner sofa, 6 ottomans, a coffee table, and a TV for the living area.

- 2 bedrooms (1 bed measuring 140 x 190 cm in each bedroom with manual roller shades)

- A bathroom with a 120 x 80 cm shower, a vanity unit with two drawers, a heated towel rack, a washer-dryer, and a separate indoor toilet.

Upper Floor

- 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 x 190 cm in one and 2 beds 140 x 190 cm in the other)

- A separate toilet with a sink on the landing.
