La Maison Ugolin

Between Nancy and the Vosges mountains, the Maison Ugolin is the perfect pied-à-terre for relaxing. Built from local Vosges du Nord wood, this tiny cottage is perfectly oriented to the rear of the property, with 8,000 m² of enclosed grounds and a swimming pool. La Maison d'Inès also offers a range of wellbeing facilities, including a Spa, sauna and shower, available on reservation and at an additional cost (€20 for a one-hour session). Private parking space inside the property. Baccarat is easily accessible (N59 between Nancy and the Vosges), less than a kilometer away, and offers all the shops you need, as well as the Collection Baccarat museum. Nancy and its famous Place Stanislas are 45 minutes away, Château de Lunéville and the Pierre-Percée lakes are 20 minutes, Gérardmer and the Hautes Vosges are an hour away, Colmar and Strasbourg an hour and twenty minutes.

La Maison d'Ugolin features a ground-floor living area with a fully-equipped kitchenette (2-burner ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker and kettle), a fully-equipped bathroom with shower and toilet, and a living room with bar table, stools, sofa and coffee table.
The sleeping area is on a mezzanine (one 160x200 bed), accessed via a steep quarter-turn staircase.
The accommodation is fully air-conditioned.
Pleasant sheltered terrace to the rear, with 2 deckchairs to enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the Meurthe valley.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery, kitchen utensils and rubbish), heating and electricity at reasonable rates.
