You'll fall under the spell of the huge 68 m² living room with its cosy atmosphere and wood-burning stove, extended by the fully-equipped, convivial and bright kitchen. Second-hand, with Chiné furniture for harmonious comfort. The Base de loisirs is 3 minutes away. It's open all year round, with seasonal activities (June to September), restaurant and supervised swimming. Fishing pond, many Hiking trails in the vicinity, bakery in the village 5 minutes' walk. Supermarket 10 minutes away in Colombey les Belles. Toul and its Vineyard are 20 minutes away, Nancy 35 minutes and Metz 1 hour 20. Arrival from 4:00 pm Departure until 10:00 am.

Large 2-storey family home. Ground floor Entrance with separate WC, spacious 68 m² living room with wood-burning stove and table soccer, fully-equipped kitchen. One bedroom, accessible after a staircase, is reserved for Kids, with one 90x190 bed and 2 80x200 beds. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, one with an inside shower, each with a 160x200 bed. Laundry room with washing machine and changing table. Large 12 m² bathroom with bath and shower. Separate WC.
From the entrance, access by spiral staircase to an independent bedroom with shower, a 160x200 bed and a 90x190 bed. Private parking in front of the house. Enclosed grounds with green area and 30 m² terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers. The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption. Arrival from 4:00 pm Departure until 10:00 am.
