DESCRIPTION: Independent gîte (110 m²), well-equipped (+internet), combining authenticity and old-world charm (thick walls, wooden shutters, old tiles, traditional oak floors, beams). Privileged bucolic and natural setting, with large trees, on the banks of a small river, 5000 m² unfenced green space. A little away from the village, in the peace and quiet, you'll feel at home, in complete freedom. A change of scenery guaranteed. Discover : Baccarat and its jewels, the Château de Lunéville and its Bosquets, Lorraine's little Versailles, the Pierre-Percée lakes region, Lorraine's little Canada, its leisure center 15 min away in the Plaine valley, the Lac de la Maix, the Roman Way and the Montagne du Donon (altitude 1000 m) on the Vosges-Alsace border, 30 min away, as well as the ponds and park of Sainte Croix en Moselle.

First floor: rustic kitchen with large open fireplace, freezer, living room, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), bathroom, separate WC. Electric heating. Table tennis. All-inclusive rates. Bed linen and towels provided, Beds made on arrival. Short stays on request.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you will be entitled to 15 Kwh per day (excess to be paid on site to the hosts).
