This large, functional and well-equipped gîte is located on the outskirts of a quiet village, close to a working farm. With family or friends, you can discover Nicolas' herd of cows of 12 different breeds: Vosgienne, brune des Alpes, rouge flamand, Montbéliarde, simmental, normande, tarine, priml holsein... Not forgetting the other animals present: ewes, goats, donkeys and ponies. Nearby attractions: Pont-à-Mousson 15 km away, train station, shops, Grand Bleu leisure park, Place Duroc, Abbaye des Prémontrés, Musée au Fil du Papier mâché. Nancy (Place Stanislas), Metz (Centre Pompidou) and Verdun 45 minutes away. Lac de Madine and its activities 15 km away.

136 m² Holiday cottage on 3 levels, adjoining 2 other accommodations and the owner's farm.
First floor: entrance, living room, kitchen with access to terrace (garden furniture and barbecue) and enclosed grounds, bathroom (shower and bath), separate WC.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms (3 beds 90x190 and 2 beds 140x190), shower room, WC.
2nd floor: 17 m² attic space (33 m² floor space) with 6 beds 90x190.

The price includes: bed linen for the stay (beds made on arrival), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.
Bathroom linen (towel and washcloth) not provided and not available for hire.

Given the size of the day rooms on the first floor, capacity is limited to 10 people. The owner offers 2 other independent Holiday cottages on the same site, le p'tit Jojo and le mi-temps.

Baby equipment available: wooden baby bed, stair gates.
