Gîte located behind the owners' house, with completely independent entrance via the garage reserved for parking your vehicle, then access via the perfectly lit corridor and inner courtyard.
Breakfast formulas and gourmet packed lunches available on request from the owners.
Entrance via 7 steps.
First floor: living room with sofa bed, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
Covered summer terrace with dining area, table soccer and treadmill.
Direct access to a 30m2 outdoor terrace and small garden with barbecue, garden furniture, parasol and sun lounger.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed (140x190) and 1 pull-out bed (2 beds 90x190), a 2nd bedroom with 1 bed (160x200) and a shower room with WC accessible from both bedrooms.
A second shower room located on the ground floor of the owners' house can be made available. (easy access and independent entrance).
Pellet stove and reversible air-conditioning for your comfort.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.
