Grand gîte du Château

This Holiday cottage is set in the grounds of a 12th-century château that has been in the same family for 325 years. The owners live here year-round and will tell you all about the house, which they are passionate about preserving and maintaining. The Holiday cottages are very bright (east/west facing) with light streaming through. Wood has been used in a discreet way in the layout of this dwelling. The windows overlook the surrounding Countryside and the inner courtyard. You can PRIVATIZE part of the house for private or business events, with the 2 Holiday cottages on site. You are ideally situated for discovering the region, Nancy Metz Verdun Luxembourg. Lake Madine: walks, playgrounds, water activities, restaurant Golf 15 minutes away. Lorraine Regional Nature Park, Petite Suisse Lorraine. 2 kms away, in the village of Domèvre en Haye, you'll find a medical center with a Doctor, private nurse, dentist, physiotherapist and a Pharmacy, which you can call on if necessary. A general grocery store selling bread and croissants is also open from Tuesday to Sunday mornings. A snack bar and bar are also located in the village.

Gîte (190 m²) located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building and comprising On the ground floor of the gîte: fitted kitchen (freezer and fridges, dishwasher), utility room with washing machine, living room (32 m²) with sitting area (4 sofas), 2 bedrooms, bathroom, WC. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms, bathroom, shower room, WC (each bedroom has 2 single beds that can be twinned to form 1 double bed).
Bed linen and towels are included in the price, and you'll find the beds made up (according to your wishes) and towels on your arrival.
End-of-stay cleaning included, dishes must be left clean and tidy, and garbage cans taken out (kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms), and selective sorting strongly recommended.
Gas central heating. ATTENTION Charges not included: meters (water, gas, electricity) are read on arrival and departure, and all consumption is due (invoice).

1/rental of 2 gîtes (sleeps 16) for a minimum of 3 nights or week...or longer...
2/rental of 2 or more consecutive weeks of the same gite.

Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival: you will be contacted by the owner a few days beforehand to finalize the details of your stay.
Pets must come with their own bags: bedding, bowls, litter tray for cats, and cani bags for dogs. For other pets: please contact me.
