At the gateway to the Vosges, in a quiet village between Charmes and Lunéville, Holiday cottage on 2 levels located on a working farm. You're 20 minutes from Lunéville and its castle, 45 minutes from Nancy (many Museums, Place Stanislas) and 15 minutes from the Vosges. Supérette, bakery, Pharmacy, Doctor and tobacconist in Gerbéviller, 10 minutes from the gîte.

Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house.
First floor: large 58 m² day room with kitchen/dining room on one side and living room on the other, separate shower room with toilet.
First floor: landing with 2 armchairs, 3 bedrooms (one 160x200 bed, one 140x190 bed and 2 90x190 beds), one of which has a private, communicating shower room/WC. Third bathroom with WC accessible from the landing.
Access to upstairs terrace for 2 bedrooms.
Private parking in front of the house, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and garbage), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.
