Fully renovated 40 m² apartment in an 18th century farmhouse in Fléville-devant-Nancy, a commune south of Nancy Métropole, 15 min from Nancy Thermal and 11 min from CHU Brabois. All shops and amenities in the village: bakery 100 m from the Holiday cottage, grocery store and bar-restaurant 50 m away, Pharmacy, post office, hairdresser, Doctor, osteopath. Small Market every 2nd and 4th Sunday morning of the month. Bus service to Nancy city center (free at weekends). 2 steps from the Holiday cottage, Château de Fléville and its remarkable garden are open to visitors every weekend in May, June, September and October, and from Tuesday to Sunday in July and August. Walks from the Holiday cottage, fitness trail and signposted footpaths. Free bicycle hire on request. All inclusive: Beds made on arrival, linen and towels, housekeeping. Tourist tax not included.

Upon entry, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchenette with a comfortable dining area.

A short corridor leads to the main living area, where you'll enjoy a good night's sleep (160/200 or 2 × 80/200 ) and entertainment with TV and box, wi-fi internet, and Bluetooth speaker/charger.

This room opens onto a comfortable shower room with large walk-in shower and toilet.

There are 2 options for converting the Holiday cottage to suit your needs and desires.
Layout n° 1 consists in keeping a double bed in the large room, with 2 beds 80/200 that can be separated.
Layout n° 2 allows 2 people to sleep separately in different rooms, bearing in mind that the 2nd room is relatively small at around 6 m².
In order to prepare the Holiday cottage as well as possible, please let us know your choice.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.
