Holiday cottage in a Semi-detached house.
First floor: entrance, living room with open-plan fitted kitchen.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 x 200 and 2 beds 90 x 200), shower room, separate WC.
2nd floor: living room.
Electric heating, underfloor heating on first floor.
The price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.
Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival.
The cleaning of the kitchen, living room and sanitary facilities and the tidying up of dishes are to be carried out by the tenants before their departure.
Failure to do so will result in invoicing.
