Gîte on 2 levels, entirely renovated in 2021, adjoining the owners' house.
Independent access from the rear of the property.
First floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, sitting room with sofa bed, bathroom with washing machine, shower and WC.
First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed in one and 2 single beds in the other), bathroom, separate WC.

In all seasons, you can enjoy the gardens, orchards and enclosed park (spring garden: space for horses) of over one hectare, with direct access to hiking trails.
