In the center of the village of Bralleville, single-storey gîte on the first floor of the owner's house. Halfway between Nancy and Epinal, with easy access (N57 motorway 2 km away), the Lauriers gîte welcomes you to the heart of the rolling Saintois countryside. The hill of Sion and its Cité des Paysages are 12 km away, and the Favières leisure center (swimming, fishing, playground, multi-sports field) is 25 km away. Nancy is 30 minutes away. At the gateway to the Vosges, with Charmes 15 km away and Mirecourt, the city of violin making, 17 km away. Just 500 m away, you can fish in the Madon, an impetuous river with a varied profile, home to a diverse fish fauna with over twenty species. Two night-fishing runs in the area.

Pellet stove, utilities not included, heating charge of €5/day from late October to early May.
South-facing terrace to the front, north-facing terrace to the rear (access from each of the 2 bedrooms), shared 400 m² unfenced garden.
