Gîte de Parroy

Single-storey gîte on the first floor of a village house (year-round apartment on 1st floor). Parroy is a relay port for river tourism along the Canal de la Marne au Rhin. The banks of the Sanon and the many lakes of the Lunévillois region, including the Etang de Bures, offer relaxation and pleasure for fishing and water sports. Hiking in the Parroy forest. Nancy 35 km away.

Separate entrance. Access by 4 steps.
In the heart of the village, close to the village hall and church.
Relaxation hall, living room with equipped kitchenette, TV.
3 bedrooms (2 double beds + 2 single beds), shower room, separate WC.
Electric heating (charges not included). Housekeeping package invoiced at 60€ for professional stays, plus bed linen at 15€ per pair.
Enclosed green space with low wall at front with outdoor seating area.
One parking space next to the gîte (car and camping car) and close to the gîte, possibility of parking other cars in the church parking lot.

Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
Electricity bill based on meter reading: 0.30€/KwH.
Each one-week stay entitles you to 1 m3 (i.e. 4.95 kg) of gas, beyond which a charge of 6€ per m3 will be applied.
