Entrance via 8 steps, 35 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen and lounge area, direct access to south-facing terrace, 2 bedrooms (4 beds 90x200 which can be joined together), shower room, separate WC.
Washing machine and dryer.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay (Beds made on arrival), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.

Private parking for 1 car in front of the house.
2 private terraces overlooking the garden with electric plancha, shared plot of 200 m², direct access to jacuzzi (optional and on request at €40 per night).
Possibility of renting annex at bottom of garden, accessible on one level, see owner.

No independent arrival with key box, reception possible until 9 p.m.

Pets allowed up to 1 on request, with a supplement of €5/day and a specific deposit of €200.

2 private terraces, shared garden of approx. 200 m² with guests of the annex.
