Ecurie insolite

A stable in the family farmhouse converted into a 120 m2 gite with preserved decor, whitewashed, using existing fixtures and fittings and doors. The kitchen is in the former horse stall, the living room in the stable, the front bedroom in the barn, with the feed troughs, rings or old electrical installation supports in porcelain or glass. The second bedroom, 35 m2, with its pigsty, can sleep 2 to 4 people. The bathroom is in the former henhouse. Ground-level access, front courtyard and rear garden with terraces. View of the farm and nearby educational garden, with the possibility of buying eggs and vegetables on site. Private parking, internet access. Electric heating, reversible air conditioning (charges not included). Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival.

COMPANY INFORMATION
If renting for a company, the Ecurie Insolite is designed for 4 individual beds, i.e. a maximum of 4 people. It is not possible to add a mattress or extra bed for an additional person.

In winter, 20 kwh per day are paid by the owner, the rest by the company. A meter reading on arrival and departure will enable consumption to be invoiced.
We regret to inform you that we regularly observe excessive and sometimes unreasonable use of the heating setpoints (thermostat set at 24 to 28 degrees, windows or doors left open, setpoints left during the working day in the absence of the occupant), resulting in significant daily charges at the EDF rate.

The MENAGE option is compulsory for business stays.
