Fully air-conditioned, it is equipped with a 160x200 bed, a shower room with 140x90 shower and WC, and a lovely sitting area with views over the rear of the property and the Meurthe valley. This room is located in a Bed and breakfast where you will find 3 guest rooms and a tiny. It benefits from private parking inside the property, an independent entrance and rear access to 8,000 m² of enclosed grounds with a Piscine. Access to a Wellbeing area with Spa, sauna and shower (€20 for a one-hour session).

You'll benefit from excellent access (N59 between Nancy and the Vosges) less than a kilometer away, as well as all the City's shops and the Collection Baccarat museum.
Nancy and its famous Place Stanislas are 45 minutes away, the Château de Lunéville and the Pierre-Percée lakes are 20 minutes away, Gérardmer and the Hautes Vosges are an hour away, Colmar and Strasbourg an hour and twenty minutes.
