In a remarkable natural environment, the Chalet des Sources de Ger-Waldan offers you a fenced-in property, a charming 50 m² chalet and a 5000 m² pond. Depending on the season, you'll be able to observe passing birds and Forest animals, as well as unique events such as frogs laying their eggs. Numerous walking and Hiking trails are accessible from the Holiday cottage. To discover the region, Baccarat is less than 10 minutes away, Lunéville and its castle 30 minutes, Gérardmer (Lake) and Nancy (Place Stanislas) are less than an hour away. The Chalet is an entirely self-sufficient, off-grid haven of peace. Here, the grid disappears... and nature takes its rightful place. Enjoy a stay in harmony with nature, where every detail has been designed to minimize our ecological footprint. We encourage you to adopt eco-actions to preserve this idyllic setting. The owner is always on hand to help, ensuring a worry-free stay.

This recently tastefully renovated single-storey Chalet welcomes you to a peaceful natural setting, with a direct view over a large pond. With a surface area of around 50 m², it offers a warm and comfortable space in which to enjoy a stay in the heart of nature.

The bright 22 m² living room features a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a convivial lounge. Two bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people: one with a double bed (140×190) and a bioethanol fireplace for a cosy atmosphere, the other with a double bed (140×190) and two single Bunk beds (90×190).

The Chalet also has a bathroom with shower and WC inside.

Outside, enjoy a pleasant terrace overlooking the pond, an outdoor bar and a fixed barbecue for sharing good times outdoors. Steps lead up to the terrace and the entrance to the Chalet.

Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy the pond on a no-kill basis only (fishing package of €25/fisherman for the duration of the stay).

Large dogs are welcome to take full advantage of the fenced-in grounds. However, to preserve the comfort and cleanliness of the Chalet, they are not allowed inside.
A deposit of €50 per cheque may be required for stays with dogs. This will be returned (or destroyed) after the departure inventory, provided that no additional cleaning or damage has been noted.

For families with young Kids, an Umbrella bed and high chair can be provided on request.

Arrival and departure times

Arrivals are from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and departures are between 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. maximum, the time of departure from the site after verification by the owner.

These times are subject to change depending on the chalet's booking schedule. If the schedule permits, we will always do our best to accommodate your request. Please let us know at the time of booking.

Facilities for families

For families traveling with young children, an Umbrella bed and high chair can be provided on request.

Fishing

Fishing is possible in the pond on a no-kill basis only, with a fixed fee of €25 per person (angler) for the duration of the stay. (Pike, Carp, Perch, Tench, Roach)
