The first Holiday cottage on the street side is on the first floor, accessed by 2 steps from the street.
Living room, kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed in each), shower room / WC, 2nd independent WC.
The 3rd bedroom is a 21 m² suite (bed 160x200) with private bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath.
Laundry area at the end of the main hallway with washing machine and dryer.
Rear access to a stone courtyard with lounge.

The second dwelling is accessed from the rear of the property, from the private parking area via a sloping paved path.
It also features a ground-floor living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds), one with en-suite bathroom.
Second independent shower room and separate toilet.
