The Holiday cottage "Sphère 23" is located in the heart of Épernay, 200m from the Avenue de Champagne and its famous champagne cellars, only 100m from the train station (3 to 4 min walk), 7km from Hautvillers (cradle of Champagne) and 30km from Reims and Chalons en Champagne.
It's the ideal base from which to explore the City and its riches, as well as the treasures of our department.
Located on the 1st floor of a City building, the Holiday cottage features a large living room with lounge, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet and 3 double bedrooms: - One with a double bed (160cm) - One with a double bed (140cm) - One with a sofa bed (160cm) (can be converted into a sofa or bed on request).
3 mobile fans are available, and from the dining room you have access to a terrace with a lounge and a view of Notre Dame church. For your convenience, the rental price includes bed linen, towels, cleaning and utilities.

AlainT56 logement très agréable et bien situé
L'appartement est très agréable et très bien situé pour découvrir Épernay et sa région. Il est proche de la gare pour aller visiter Reims et sa terrasse est un plus. Le parking souterrain du Jard est à 3 minutes à pied (46 € la semaine). Merci à Sylvie pour la dégustation de son champagne.

Wonderful host, wonderful apartment & a wonderful family trip in Epernay. Our host is most helpful & generous, she welcomed us with a bottle of champagne & allow us to store our luggage after checkout before our car pickup. The apartment is charmingly decorated with a comfortable terrace & fully equipped kitchen. A very enjoyable stay & will return for future trips to Champagne area.
