Located in Neuville, a hamlet in the village of Festigny, this gîte is the starting point for pleasant walks and bike rides. Discover a ru that nature has built into an espalier. Wind your way through vineyards and forest. Enjoy tasting our fine, fruity and elegant champagnes. Tranquillity in the heart of the Champagne vineyards in an interior-style house from the 30s and 50s. The period beds, furniture and decor will take you back in time!

Outside, the enclosed grounds feature an unoverlooked terrace, a lawn area and indoor and outdoor parking.

Inside, the kitchen opens onto the living room. A few steps down (the house follows the slope of the land, so there are low places to go from one room to another) lead to the first bedroom (1 double bed 140, 1 single bed 90 from the 1940s) with en-suite shower room. Toilet on first floor. Upstairs, you'll find a relaxation room with Wifi, TV, DVD player, books and children's corner. This room is equipped with a 1950s bed (90X190). Next, you'll find a bedroom with 2 beds 80x190 (1940s-era beds), which can be joined together to make a 160x190 cm bed. This room has a private shower room. Toilet on the landing. Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen provided.
