Located just a few minutes from Épernay and the prestigious Champagne houses, this Holiday cottage is the ideal starting point for discovering the Vineyards of Champagne, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the cellars and the rolling countryside of the Marne.

The Holiday cottage is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A large living room with lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, American fridge etc.).
- A gaming room with table soccer and darts.
- A Wellbeing area with a 7-person Spa.

On the 1st floor are 3 double bedrooms, each with a 160/200 bed and private bathroom.
A separate toilet completes this level.

Outside (completely walled in) with a large terrace and outdoor Piscine (open in season) for fine weather.
