In the heart of the emblematic village of Hautvillers, birthplace of the monk Dom Pérignon, the Holiday cottage "Prélude hautvillers" welcomes you for an unforgettable stay with family or friends. Set in a warm and spacious house, it can accommodate up to 12 people.

Located just a few minutes from Épernay and the prestigious Champagne houses, this Holiday cottage is the ideal base for exploring the Vineyards of Champagne, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the cellars and the rolling countryside of the Marne.

The Holiday cottage is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A large living room with lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, American fridge, etc.).
- A gaming room with table soccer and darts.
- A Wellbeing area with a 7-person Spa (separate shower+wc)

On the 1st floor are 3 double bedrooms, each with a 160/200 bed and private shower room.
A separate toilet completes this level.

On the 2nd floor, you'll find the dormitory with 5 single beds + a Cabin bed, a private bathroom and a separate toilet.

Outside (completely walled in) with a large terrace and outdoor Piscine (open in season) for fine weather.
