Paradis Champenois

The Holiday cottage "Paradis Champenois" is located in the village of DAMERY, 8km from Epernay, 30km from Reims and 40km from Chalons. It will be the ideal place for your family or friends to discover the riches of our department. The house is located along the Marne river and the Véloroute from Dormans to Epernay.
There's private parking and a fully enclosed exterior.
You "ll be able to make the most of fine weather thanks to the terrace, petanque court and summer kitchen.

On the first floor, you'll find a large living room with lounge, dining room and kitchen, as well as a laundry room, a separate toilet and a large gaming room with billiards and darts.
From the kitchen, you'll have access (with a few steps) to the first sleeping area comprising a double bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower room with WC and a second double bedroom on the mezzanine with a 160cm bed.
On the 1st floor is a second sleeping area with a double bedroom with a 160cm bed and a shower room with WC.
For your comfort, the rental price includes: Bed linen (Beds made on arrival), towels, cleaning and utilities.
The house also has a charging point for electric vehicles (included in the rental price).
