Maison du Cour Montilleul

La Maison du Cour MONTILLEUL is located in the wine-growing village of Mardeuil, at the gateway to the Mountain of Reims and just 3km from Epernay and its famous champagne cellars.
With room for 6 people, it's the ideal base for discovering our department and its wine, historical and natural treasures.
On site, the owner also has a second Holiday cottage "Le loft du Cour Montilleul" for 4 people, which can be booked separately or with the house.

With a surface area of 90m², the house comprises:
On the first floor, a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a shower room, an independent toilet and a veranda giving access to an enclosed courtyard with a workshop and a small garden.
Upstairs, two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm) and one with 2 single beds (90cm).
For your convenience, bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels and cleaning are included.
A basket of wood is included at €8 per basket.
Pets allowed on request (one pet only) at a supplement of €5 per day.
