The first floor features a ground-floor bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a separate toilet, making daily life easier for everyone. There's also a separate living room, perfect for relaxing, and a spacious dining room opening onto the kitchen, the heart of the home, where you can prepare, share and enjoy meals together.

Upstairs, the first bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200), ideal for Kids. Two family bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x200), offer volume, softness and flexibility for all configurations.
