In the heart of the Vineyard of Vaudemange, a large, charming Holiday cottage in a converted farmhouse, ideal for up to 15 people.

In Vaudemange, at the foot of the Mountain de Reims, "L'Orée des Vignes" welcomes groups to the heart of the Champagne Vineyard. Its location, equidistant from Reims, Épernay and Châlons-en-Champagne, makes it easy to explore wineries, heritage sites, villages and vineyard landscapes.

On request, the owners offer tours of their winery, with presentation and sale of their vintages, to extend the discovery of the terroir. On site, the atmosphere combines tradition and comfort: a convivial lounge, a large dining room, and a relaxation room dedicated to billiards and television, ideal for a variety of social occasions.

In fine weather, the enclosed courtyard with lawn, patio and terrace are ideal for outdoor dining (table, parasol, barbecue) and provide a pleasant space for Kids. A complete address for group gatherings, in a winegrowing setting, with volumes designed for day-to-day use.

Independent 250 m² Holiday cottage on two levels, for up to 15 people (including babies). Wi-Fi access. Pets not allowed. Heating, electricity and water included. Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Housekeeping included.
Ground floor: semi-open-plan kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom with bath and WC. A relaxation room with TV and billiards completes the ensemble.
Upstairs: 5 bedrooms and 4 WCs. Sleeps: 2 family suites with 1 bed 160×200 and, on the mezzanine, 2 beds 90×190; one bedroom with 1 bed 160×200; one bedroom with 2 beds 90×190; one bedroom with 3 beds 90×190. Baby equipment available (Umbrella bed, high chair, changing table, bathtub).
Outside: enclosed courtyard with lawn, patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and Kids' play area. On-site parking with private sheltered parking lot. Optional extras to be paid directly to owner: bathroom linen.
