L'Homme Blanc

Situated in the commune of Soizy-aux-Bois, between Epernay and Sézanne, the "L'homme blanc" gîte is ideally located at a crossroads for many tourist discoveries.
The 165 m2 Holiday cottage is located on our 3600 m2 main property, in a Briard-style farmhouse. The oldest stones date from the 16th century and were used as stables for the château, then as a post office during the Napoleonic era.
The property is crossed by a stream that bears its name, "le Ru de l'homme blanc", and adjoins the stables.
The Holiday cottage offers comfortable living space and a unique fitness area.
For Hiking riders, we have a wealth of experience in organizing equestrian rallies, so we can offer you a range of riding routes and quality facilities.
Entrance to the Holiday cottage is via the main room (41m²), which has a lovely character and includes a lounge area and fully equipped kitchen.

The private south-facing garden of approx. 80 m2 features a terrace, garden table and chairs, parasol and barbecue.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (approx. 12 m2 each), decorated with taste and originality, 2 lovely Italian-style shower rooms and 2 separate WCs, a washing machine and tumble dryer. The Holiday cottage has been designed with the environment in mind, using noble, eco-responsible materials. The Holiday cottage is equipped with low-energy lighting and a high-performance wood-burning stove.
The 51 m² fitness area is specially dedicated to Wellbeing (a real highlight of our Holiday cottage) and is equipped with an independent shower so you can enjoy this space in complete hygiene. Bed linen and cleaning included.
