L'Escale du Cour Montilleul

L'escale du Cour MONTILLEUL is located in the wine-growing village of Mardeuil, at the gateway to the Reims mountains and just 3km from Épernay and its famous champagne cellars.
With room for 10 guests, it combines the loft and the MONTILLEUL courtyard house.
It's the ideal base for discovering our region and its wine, historical and natural treasures.
L'Escale comprises two accommodations just a few meters apart:

The 90m² Cour MONTILLEUL house features:

On the first floor, a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a shower room, an independent toilet and a veranda giving access to an enclosed courtyard with a workshop and a small garden.
Upstairs, two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm) and one with 2 single beds (90cm).

The 80m² Cour MONTILLEUL loft features:
A large living room with lounge, Gllum is cool and fully-equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed, a shower room, a separate toilet and a laundry/dressing room.

Outside, there's a large terrace (24m²) and a private parking space.
For your convenience, bed linen (made up on arrival), towels and cleaning are included.
A wood basket is also included, at a cost of €8 per basket.
Pets are accepted on request (one pet only) at a supplement of 5€ per day.
