In the heart of the vineyards, an old stone winegrower's house on one level, with an unobstructed view over the valley and an ideal atmosphere for recharging your batteries.

"Les Vignes" is an old stone winegrower's house, located a few kilometers from Sézanne and Épernay, in a green and particularly calm environment, in the heart of the Vineyard. The view over the Mourlin valley and Andecy Abbey gives the stay a very "panoramic" dimension, conducive to disconnection. The area is popular for hiking, with many possibilities for walks starting from the gîte, between hillsides, vineyards and small country lanes. On request, a visit to a wine cellar can be arranged, to complete your getaway with a discovery of the terroir. Please note: the Holiday cottage is closed during the grape harvest.

Detached single-storey Holiday cottage (90 m²) for 5 people, with 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi access. Pets not allowed. Private parking, terrace, garden and garage. Utilities included. Heating by pellet stove.

Living area: living/dining room with pellet stove, TV, DVD player and board games. Fully-equipped fitted kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, fridge and small freezer, Senseo coffee maker). Washing machine available.

Nightside: master bedroom with 160×200 bed and private shower room/WC (baby corner). A second bedroom with 160×200 bed. A third bedroom with 2 pull-out beds 90×190. A second bathroom with shower and washbasin, and a separate toilet complete the ensemble.

In addition: end-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels, according to rates. For business stays, end-of-stay cleaning and bed linen are compulsory (according to rates).
