5 minutes from the famous Champagne cellars and in the heart of the Champagne vineyards. Large, pleasant and bright house. Ideal for family reunions or vacations with friends. Gîte agréée bébé câlin.
Detached house with partially enclosed garden, courtyard/terrace.
First floor: fitted kitchen, sitting room, large living room, ideal for entertaining, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. Games room.
First floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed. One bedroom with a 140x190 bed. Two cots available. Separate WC. Shower room (washbasin). Garden, courtyard/terrace. Beds made on arrival. Private parking in a large unfenced courtyard (several spaces).
This gîte does not have a WIFI connection.
Housekeeping included. Towels can be rented for 4€/person.

Martin Excellent house.
Excellent house especially the big outside dining area. The outside place is a fantastic for every kind of meal and just relax. Car is needed since Chouilly is a bit dull. But so many great Champagne houses nearby. Calm and very relaxing place. The house is equipped with everything you need.
