Right in the heart of the Reims mountains and ideally located at the center of the Reims/Epernay/Châlons-en-Champagne triangle, come and discover our beautiful region, rich in cultural and gastronomic heritage. Verzy, a pretty little wine-growing village nestled between vineyards and woods, just a stone's throw from the Verzenay lighthouse, will charm you with its narrow streets and easy access to a wide range of activities.
You'll be able to enjoy the outside thanks to the 80m² garden with its private terrace.
On the first floor, you'll find a living/dining room (with a double sofa bed) where you can enjoy a good meal, as well as a kitchen, shower room and WC.
Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms (2 with a 160cm bed and one with a 140cm bed). The landing also leads to a shower room and separate WC.
For greater comfort, bed linen (beds are made on arrival) and utilities are included in the rental price.
End-of-stay cleaning is charged at €50, and bathroom linen is charged at €5 per person.
Pets accepted for an extra charge: 7€/night

Greet Great spot
Great place in a cool village. The owner has lots of great tips on the area. Even if you are not champagne lover, this is your place. Impeccable clean. Smal but wel kept lawn. Not suited for dogs needing 100 percent closed spot, but the owner really likes dogs, even took mine for a walk. Loved the space, thank you, and Geneviève for the great visite to her champagne cellar. The village has all the basic ammentities. Recommended.

Belle région, nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux, ça fait vraiment du bien ! Le propriétaire nous a emmené visité une cave à champagne tout près du gîte, avec dégustation et des personnes vraiment sympathiques. Nous avons visité les alentours le coin est magnifique, visite du phare formidable. Séjour trop court puisque nous sommes venus pour un mariage. Merci encore au propriétaire vraiment sympathique.

Yves Ne surtout pas passer à côté
Super gite très bien situé pour les visites que ce soit de monuments de viticulteurs où tout simplement ballade en forêt le propriétaire est très agréable et fera tout pour vous rendre le voyage facile nous recommandons vivement ce gîte
