In Outines, a picturesque half-timbered village in the heart of Champagne, the Les Iris holiday cottage welcomes you for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature, just a few minutes from Lake Der—Europe’s largest artificial lake—and the Outines ponds, a protected natural area renowned for birdwatching.
It’s an ideal starting point for exploring the tourist activities around Lake Der: hiking and biking, water sports, fishing, wildlife watching, as well as discovering the heritage of Champagne and the charming surrounding villages.

This self-contained holiday cottage, ideal for a vacation rental at Lake Der, can accommodate 4 people. It offers a comfortable and well-equipped interior, including:
On the ground floor:
- A cozy living room with a fireplace (free firewood)
- A fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area
- One bedroom (160-cm double bed)
- A bathroom with a separate toilet
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with one 140-cm bed and one 90-cm bed

On the first floor, you’ll find two adjoining bedrooms: the first with a 90/190 single bed and the second with a 140/190 double bed.
For your comfort, the upstairs bedrooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning.

Outside, you’ll have access to a fenced-in property—perfect for family vacations—with a private patio, patio furniture, a barbecue, and a play area. The quiet, lush setting lets you fully enjoy relaxing moments surrounded by nature.

The rental rate includes bed linens (beds made on arrival) and free firewood.
Bath towels are not provided.

Electricity charges will be billed based on consumption exceeding 8 kW/h per day.
