In Outines, a typical timber-framed village in the heart of the Champagne region, the Holiday cottage Les Iris welcomes you for a rejuvenating stay in nature, just a few minutes from Lake du Der, Europe's largest man-made lake, and the Etangs d'Outines, a protected natural site renowned for its bird-watching.
It's an ideal base from which to explore the tourist attractions of Lake du Der: Hiking, cycling, water sports, fishing, wildlife observation, as well as discovering the heritage of Champagne and the surrounding villages of character.

This detached Holiday cottage, ideal for a vacation rental at Lake du Der, can accommodate up to 5 people. It offers a comfortable, well-equipped interior comprising:
First floor:
- A pleasant living room with fireplace (free wood from September to May)
- A fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room
- One bedroom (160cm double bed)
- A shower room with separate WC

On the 1st floor, you'll find two adjoining bedrooms: the 1st with a 90/190 single bed and the 2nd with a 140/190 double bed.
For your comfort, the upstairs rooms have reversible air conditioning.

Outside, the enclosed grounds are perfect for family stays, with private terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and play area. The quiet, leafy setting is perfect for relaxing in the heart of nature.

The rental price includes bed linen (beds made on arrival) and wood (from September to May). Towels cannot be rented.
Optional cleaning package (according to price indicated).
Charges will be billed according to consumption.
