Dominique will welcome you to this spacious family home, ideally located 15 minutes from the first beach on Lake du Der and close to winegrowing estates. This quiet, peaceful holiday cottage is ideal for a family vacation or a getaway with friends.

The first floor comprises a large entrance hall, a separate kitchen fitted and equipped with a professional piano for gourmets and culinary art enthusiasts, a living room, a sitting room with sofa bed for 2 people (on request), and a flat-screen TV.

A corridor leads to a bedroom with a 180 cm bed that can be converted into 2 90 cm beds, then a second bedroom with 2 90 cm beds that can be converted into 1 180 cm bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin, and a separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you'll find a double bedroom with a 140/190cm bed.
