Les Deux Piliers

The Gîte "Les deux piliers" is located in COURTHIEZY, 1h30 from Paris, 30 min from REIMS and ÉPERNAY, a wine-growing village surrounded by vineyards and forest.
It's the ideal place to stay with family or friends.
There's a large garage entrance (3 cars) giving access to the 100m² garage (where 3 or 4 vehicles can be parked safely and under cover) + a space for bicycles + a room with a ping-pong table.
Outside, you'll find a garden planted with trees, a terrace (not overlooked) with garden furniture, a lounge, a barbecue and a SPA.
On the first floor, a large entrance hall welcomes you and gives access to the living room with dining area and lounge. You'll also find a large, fully-equipped kitchen, the pool area with heated indoor pool, sauna, shower with WC, laundry room, separate WC and a double bedroom (160cm bed) with private bathroom (bath and shower) and dressing room.

Upstairs, the large landing converted into a games room (with billiard table, table soccer, pinball machine, darts and small lounge) will lead on one side to two double bedrooms (each with a 160cm bed) and a fully-equipped gym.
On the other side, a double bedroom (160cm bed), separate toilet, shower room and another double bedroom (160cm bed) with private shower room.
Possibility of a 6th double bedroom (on request only).
For your convenience, bed linen (made up on arrival), towels, cleaning and utilities are included in the rental price.
Champagne available on arrival (on request from the owner).
