12 km from Épernay. Marie and her family welcome you to the family farm of l'Épine, an authentic little paradise in the middle of fields and woods. This large, comfortable, light-filled home, with its contemporary, meticulous decor, is a wonderful place for a stay with family or friends.
Isolated Champagne farmhouse set in large enclosed grounds planted with flowers.
First floor: kitchen, living room with fireplace.
Independent ground-floor bedroom (located under the porch, outside access, entrance door and bedroom door are side-by-side), with its own shower room and WC.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (each with a 2-person bed), each with its own bathroom and toilet. Jacuzzi in one bedroom. Parking in enclosed courtyard. Entrance courtyard shared with owners, but independent, private garden.
Wifi access. Beds made up on arrival. Household linen provided. Cleaning fee €80. All charges included.
The gite has a swimming pool (shared with another accommodation).

Winterreise 24/25 Auszeit auf dem Champagnergut mit Bauernhoffeeling
Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen an Sylvester ein Raclette geliehen, da unser mitgebrachtes nicht in die Steckdose passte. Ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich, da es auf einem Hügel liegt und der nächste Ort nicht fußläufig erreichbar ist. Wir haben mit 7 Personen eine schöne und entspannte Zeit verbracht und leckeren Champagner der Gastgeber getrunken und dann auch gekauft für Zuhause.

Bally Lovely and quiet gite with nice owners
We stayed here with the family for a week and enjoyed it immensely. The gite is spacious, clean, quiet and well furnished. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
