Our "Le Vert'Pétillant" gîte, which can accommodate up to 11 people, is a charming Champagne house set between plains, forests and vineyards in the small village of Vert-la-Gravelle, also known as Vert-Toulon.
Come and relax in our six bedrooms, all carefully renovated in keeping with the theme of our champagnes. Beds are made up on arrival, at no extra charge.
After a day's activity in our beautiful Champagne region, you can relax in the Balneo bathtub in one of our two bathrooms. A set of towels will be provided free of charge, per person, for the duration of your stay.
Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and all necessary crockery.
Make sure you have an excellent breakfast with our traditional coffee maker, SENSEO, kettle and toaster,
The living room and our large dining room are set up for unforgettable moments of conviviality between meals or board games.
In spring and summer, you can enjoy the garden using the garden furniture, deckchairs and plancha.
Coming to the Holiday cottage "Le Vert'Pétillant" is synonymous with unforgettable memories.
On the first floor, 2 bedrooms:
- Bedroom "Les Dryades" with double bed (140cm)
- Blancs de Blancs" room with 2 single beds
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms:
- 2 "Rosé" and "Tradition" bedrooms, each with a single bed
- The "Millésime" room with a double bed (140cm)
- The "Constellation" room with 3 single beds (2 beds 90cm and one bed 80cm)
The basement includes a garage and a separate toilet.
Housekeeping is optional and compulsory at 200€.

Madsny Très beau séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Vert Pétillant. Monsieur et madame Lefèvre nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement et ont été très arrangeants concernant l'arrivée et le départ. Ils sont aussi très disponibles.
Le logement est très propre et les options linge de lit / bain ainsi que le ménage apportent un confort non négligeable.Nous avons pu faire une dégustation de champagne chez nos hôtes et repartir avec de bons souvenirs en bouteille. Merci !

Séjour agréable, logement spacieux, propre avec toutes les commodités. L'agencement de la maison très pratique autant pour l'accès aux chambres que l'espace jeux au sous sol. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'agencement des pièces (grandeur des chambres + nombres de wc et SDB) ainsi que l'espace des enfants au sous sol qui leur a permis de jouer au babyfoot et au billard tout en laissant les adultes au calme...

Nous avons passé deux jours au Vert'Pétillant ,à l'occasion d'une compétition sportive.
La maison est très spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour ; même si le notre à été court mais nous étions au calme , les propriétaires étaient fort agréables.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans ce coin tranquille .Le gîte est très bien aménagé. Bain à bulle , pièce de jeux pour adultes et enfants . Propriétaires accueillant et sympa.

Hetty Impecable
A very warm welcome, with a bottle of cold champagne waiting for us. A super clean house. Everything spotless and brand new. Spacious rooms, everything you need available in the kitchen, a large garden and an amazing view. Quite, calm location. Excellent for a stay in this lively area. We really recommend this house.
