Gîte Patis Paille

Discover our gîte in the heart of the Marne Valley, near Reims and Epernay.

Come and enjoy a unique experience between Reims and Épernay, with artisan winemakers who will passionately show you their craft, from the vine to the secret of champagne production. We'll take you into our vineyards (weather permitting...) to show you what we're working on, and offer you a tour of our cellars. A tasting session will round off this moment of exchange if you wish (to be consumed in moderation, of course).
Our friendly gîte is located in La Neuville Aux Larris, on the Champagne route, in the heart of the Marne Valley, 10 minutes from Hautvillers.

Detached house set in enclosed grounds planted with flowers.
First floor: 2 lounges, living room (pellet stove), fitted kitchen. 1 bedroom (with 140x190 bed), 1 separate toilet.

Upstairs: shower room with shower + 1 walk-in shower and 1 separate WC.
5 spacious, comfortable bedrooms.
Sleeping arrangements: 2 bedrooms (2 beds 90x190), 1 bedroom (3 beds 90x190), 1 bedroom (2 beds 80x200) and 1 bedroom (one bed 140x190).

Utilities included. Pellets supplied. Linen and cleaning included.

Beautiful terrace with garden furniture, gas barbecue, ping-pong table, trampoline, pétanque court available in summer. A pergola with sofas is also available.

Access to the SPA is available at an additional cost of €150 for a 2-hour session and €190 for 2 2-hour sessions. A deposit of €1000 is required for use of the spa.
